ARB Registration

Registration is the final  step in becoming a Registered Architect. The five step process consists of submitting a logbook of ones apprenticeship period, submitting a detail case study of a built project, sit a written examination and do an oral interview with the Registration Board. The examination are held once per year in November.

There are a series of examination seminars put on by the JIA in the month prior to each examination. Once an applicant has successfully completed these stages he/she will be entered into the Register and assigned a registration number. Registered Architects are required to be licensed to practice each year. An Architects good standing, CPD requirements and an annual fee will allow eligibility to be licensed.
